Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing responsive, reliable, and high-quality service support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
2. Field Service & Technical Support
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific and analytical equipment-including Spectroscopy, Particle Size Analyzers, ICP systems, and XRF instruments-at customer sites.
- Address technical concerns directly with end-users, ensuring minimal equipment downtime and optimal system performance.
3. Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users and distributors, ensuring proper equipment operation, maintenance, and safety compliance.
4. Sales & Business Support
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and regional technical support teams to understand customer requirements and align service delivery.
- Identify and report potential opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts during site visits.
- Prepare and issue quotations for service jobs and spare parts based on customer inquiries.
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering) or equivalent qualification.
- Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on experience in servicing scientific or analytical instrumentation.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently with good planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, responsible, and adaptable to new challenges.
