FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and build relationships with customers during field visits.
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, maintenance and diagnose errors and technical problems and finding solutions for the installed equipment.
• Produce service reports.
• To be an active team player.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in field servicing.
• Experience preferably in the repair and servicing of refrigeration systems and compressed air related equipment.
• Being familiar with hands-on installation and removal of valve and pipe fittings is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service equipment.
• English literacy.
• Minimum qualification professional certificate (NiTEC) / technical diploma in mechanical / electrical / mechatronic engineering.
