We are looking for a Field Force Executive to manage and support retail sales promoters across assigned outlets. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong coordination between internal teams, agencies, and retail partners.
Field Force Management & Operations
- Manage performance, conduct, and deployment of full-time and part-time sales promoters
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively across retail stores and roadshows
- Monitor sales performance and expenses to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved
- Conduct regular store visits and gather feedback from retail partners
- Prepare weekly reports and updates on field performance
Sales & Performance Tracking
- Track sell-out performance, store revenue, and key retail KPIs (e.g. conversion, product attachment)
- Support target setting and execution of action plans to drive sales growth
Reporting & Administration
- Ensure timely submission of sales data, targets, and reports
- Process and verify invoices related to Field Force operations
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with agencies to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for promoters
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
Systems Administration
- Manage internal systems for sales tracking and reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and proper usage of systems across stakeholders
Part-Time Promoter Management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of part-time promoters
- Monitor productivity and effectiveness of part-time workforce
- Track and review KPIs to ensure performance standards are met
Requirements
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
