Job Description
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location: East coast/ Loyang
Experience: 3-5+ years in Facilities / Building Maintenance
Working Days : Mon to Fri - 9 am to 6 pm and on Sat 9 am to 1 pm
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for M&E systems and equipment.
- Maintain ACMV, electrical, plumbing & sanitary, fire protection, lifts, lighting and PV solar systems.
- Monitor and maintain BMS, access barriers and automation systems.
- Support ELV systems including CCTV, PA, access management and passenger information systems.
- Maintain workshop and specialised equipment such as EV chargers, cranes, skylifts, compressors, bus wash/refuelling systems and water treatment systems.
- Carry out general building maintenance including painting, plastering, door/furniture repairs and horticulture.
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Support ad-hoc maintenance works and ensure facilities/equipment remain safe and operational.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management or equivalent.
- 3-5+ years of relevant facilities maintenance experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of M&E, ACMV, electrical and building services.
- Experience with BMS/ELV systems and equipment maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
