Responsible for the facility maintenance, project management and equipment repair works in the organisation
Supervise the Housekeepers, Drivers, and Maintenance staff and to ensure smooth daily operations
Duties and responsibilities
Assist in liaising and reporting of building defects for centres
Provide administrative support for FM dept
Develop and maintain filingsystem to keep track of work updates
Administrate OT submission/ apply leave for FM Staff
Monitor and follow up on open Purchase Requisition/ Purchase Order/ Delivery for all centres (e.g., maintenance for vehicle/ air con/ fire system/ electrical)
Manage external vendors for the provision of supplies andservices
Supervise the works of vendors and contractors and ensure that the works meet the contractual requirements
Assign job requests and monitor the time taken for completion of jobs
Ensure preventive maintenance and ad-hoc repairs are completedin a timely manner.
Maintain repair work documentation and maintenance schedules
Manage maintenancecontracts including sourcing for competent vendors and purchasing the required maintenance services
Oversee all safety checks and routine vehicle checks and adhering to company and statutory requirements.
Handle Cleaners work concernsand issues
To upkeep site cleaning supplieschemicals, consumables, and equipment to ensure they are always available and serviceable
To take regular inventory check of cleaning supplies and maintain all cleaning equipment to ensure seamlessexecution of daily cleaningactivities
Conduct thorough periodic cleaning and disinfection operations
Ensure that all cleaners are properly trained and equipped with the equipment and chemical for the cleaning works
