Facilities Executive

Job Description:

• Oversee Asset Lifecycle Management and sustainability/ESG compliance initiatives.

• Manage daily operations and long-term property value through data-driven maintenance and sustainable practices.

• Drive the upgrade of maintenance management approaches to improve efficiency and adopt a proactive mindset.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and project coordination.

• 2-5 years of relevant experience (with a Degree or Diploma).

• Responsible for managing maintenance contracts, budgets, and compliance requirements.

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Sustainable Infrastructure, or a related Engineering field.

• Preferred qualifications: Relevant professional certifications, e.g., in fire safety, green building, or technical specialties.
