Job Description

  • Position : Facilities Executive
  • Location : Loyang
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment
  • Duration : Perm
  • Industry : Retail

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facilities projects including new store set-ups, renovations and reinstatement works.
  • Support project planning, design review, execution and project handover.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate maintenance for building, M&E and facilities systems.
  • Manage contractors and vendors, including sourcing, quotation comparison and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in lease coordination, tenancy matters and reinstatement works.
  • Track project and maintenance expenses and support budget monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal teams, landlords and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, construction or project coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
  • No experience required, training will be provided
