- Position : Facilities Executive
- Location : Loyang
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,000 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Additional 1 day every year) + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Increment

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate facilities projects including new store set-ups, renovations and reinstatement works.
- Support project planning, design review, execution and project handover.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate maintenance for building, M&E and facilities systems.
- Manage contractors and vendors, including sourcing, quotation comparison and performance monitoring.
- Assist in lease coordination, tenancy matters and reinstatement works.
- Track project and maintenance expenses and support budget monitoring.
- Liaise with internal teams, landlords and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, construction or project coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- No experience required, training will be provided
