We are looking for a responsible and proactive Property & Facilities Executive to manage maintenance and operational matters for our company properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing effective operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Handle handover/takeover of premises to / from tenants.
- Oversee new office relocation and renovation works.
- Attend and respond to all feedback promptly.
- Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance and repair works.
- Prepare annual budget, manage and administer all maintenance contracts, including monitoring expenses for operational needs of the various properties.
- Apply, monitor & renew licenses ensure full regulatory and safety compliance.
- Handle all facility-related maintenance, permits, inspection reports & documentation updates.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) /Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management) or relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property in handling facilities, or dormitory operations.
- Strong coordination, communication & reporting skills.
- Able to work independently and handle issues proactively.
