Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations Manager in ensuring effective mall operations and maintenance.
  • Prepare budgets, manage maintenance contracts, and oversee expenses.
  • Coordinate Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovations, and promotional activities.
  • Lead technicians and vendors while addressing feedback and service requests promptly.
  • Serve on the Emergency Response and Environmental Health Safety (EHS) teams for risk assessments and safety audits.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail operations
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management)
  • Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, systematic problem-solving, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and flexibility to work beyond standard hours.
  • Open to learning and potential lateral movements between asset classes based on business needs.
