FACILITIES COORDINATOR
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
u Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, security & fire, and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
u Oversee office maintenance by coordinating with vendors and contractors, managing schedules, and tracking progress.
u Performs facilities inspections and prepares reports. Ensure site equipment and facilities are well maintained and renewals are in place.
u Supervise office renovation projects, ensuring timely completion in collaboration with vendors.
u Plan and execute enhancements to office layouts, systems, and the procurement of safety equipment.
u Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, ensure the timely renewal of building permits, and manage compliance inspections.
u Organize, update, and manage all facilities-related documentation and records.
u Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
u Processes invoices received from vendors.
u Any other tasks or duties assigned by Head of Department or Company from time to time.
