Job Summary
As a Service Supervisor, you will manage daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while driving sales and controlling costs to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Drive sales growth and control operational costs within budget to meet business targets
- Maintain work standards aligned with Quality, Service, Ambience & Value guidelines
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and all relevant statutory requirements
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively to maximize customer engagement
- Complete daily administrative tasks and prepare monthly inventory reports accurately and on time
- Oversee food supply management to prevent operational disruptions
- Lead staff management including discipline and training new employees on routine duties
