Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff to enhance team performance.
- Oversee inventory management and order supplies as needed.
- Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orderdelivery.
- Prepare and manage budgets, as well as control costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
