We are expanding and we are looking for a dedicated F&B Outlet Supervisor to assist our Manager in overseeing operations at our new outlet. If you have a strong background in food and beverage management and a passion for customer service, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing overall outlet operations to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Supervise staff, manage schedules, and provide training and guidance to maintain team performance
- Ensure the POS system runs smoothly, handle transactions, and assist with orders as needed
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to achieve business goals
- Uphold cleanliness, quality, and service standards for excellent customer satisfaction
- Assist in sourcing and managing tenants for new outlet locations
- Adhere to company policies and ensure operations are in compliance with set standards and regulations
Pre-requisites:
- Proven experience in F&B management with a focus on outlet operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a team
- Familiarity with SGdataPOS and Infotech knowledge is an advantage but not a must.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to drive business success
- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work 6 days per week, work long hours, including on weekends and public holidays
- Commitment to adhering to Company policies and maintaining high operational standards.
