Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations across service and kitchen teams, including outsourced staff.
Ensure adherence to SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and customer service.
Conduct site visits and audits to monitor service and kitchen quality.
Manage manpower deployment, including scheduling, leave, and coverage.
Onboard and support new staff, and assist in recruitment efforts.
Address minor disciplinary issues and escalate complex matters.
Align workflows with client expectations, especially during peak times and promotions.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.
Maintain records for audits and inspections.
Serve as the liaison between staff, outlet managers, and management.
Assist in onboarding and training outsourced partners.
Requirements
. Prior supervisory experience in operations, security, or retail/food service environments preferred.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.
. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
