Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations across service and kitchen teams, including outsourced staff.

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and customer service.

  • Conduct site visits and audits to monitor service and kitchen quality.

  • Manage manpower deployment, including scheduling, leave, and coverage.

  • Onboard and support new staff, and assist in recruitment efforts.

  • Address minor disciplinary issues and escalate complex matters.

  • Align workflows with client expectations, especially during peak times and promotions.

  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and ensure compliance with food safety and labor regulations.

  • Maintain records for audits and inspections.

  • Serve as the liaison between staff, outlet managers, and management.

  • Assist in onboarding and training outsourced partners.

Requirements

. Prior supervisory experience in operations, security, or retail/food service environments preferred.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage teams effectively.

. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.
