Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, optimizing profitability, and maintaining high operational standards across all F&B units.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in an operations-level leadership role.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and service standards .
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office knowledge of inventory and scheduling software is a plus.
