Key Responsibilities
. Support daily FOH/BOH operations to deliver great guest experiences
. Demonstrate customer service excellence handle feedback and resolve issues
. Assist with inventory, cost and quality control, hygiene & safety compliance
. Help with staff supervision, scheduling and manpower planning
. Prepare sales reports and assist in outlet performance analysis
. Execute promotions/SOPs and take on shift-leader tasks as you progress
Requirements
. ITE/Diploma/Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
. Passionate about food & service with a customer-first mindset
. Strong communication and leadership potential a fast learner
. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
. Able to work retail shifts, including weekends & public holidays
