Key Responsibilities
. Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales and service standards.
. Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising excellence.
. Attend to customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
. Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
. Oversee full P&L accountability for all restaurant operations to meet sales, profitability, and strategic goals.
. Develop and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
. Conduct market research to identify new business and growth opportunities.
. Manage manpower planning to ensure sufficient staffing levels and efficient deployment.
. Supervise inventory control and ordering processes effectively.
. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
. Proficient in both English and a second language.
. Strong sales drive and customer service mindset.
. Excellent people management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
. A proactive team player with solid leadership capabilities.
. Eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
