Responsibilties:
- market/promote/drive F&B and retail sales
- greet/attend to customers, take orders & recommend dishes & produtcs to customers
- handle E commerce website, online sales
- handle Lazada, Shoppee online sales
- retail inventory control & stock order replenishment
- handle food delivery platforms like Grabfood, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Oddle Eats, CaterSpot, SmartBite
- handle QR ordering & CRM
- clearing & setting up tables
- counter cashering & closing
- digital & social media marketing
- prepare marketing, promotion, advertising materials
Requirements:
- at least 1 year relevant experience
- customer oriented
- good interpersonal & communication skills
- friendly disposition
