Job Description:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests, ensuring they are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
- Ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Regularly clear plates and utensils from tables, ensuring a neat dining environment.
- Ensure BBQ grills and cooking equipment are kept clean and sanitized.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the restaurant.
- Ensure that food handling and grilling are done safely and in compliance with the restaurant's standards.
- Assist in opening and closing the restaurant, including preparation of tables, setting up the dining area, and ensuring inventory is stocked.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in any studies and with related F&B experiences
