Ensure that high standard of hygiene is maintained by the all staff.
Manpower planning with proper planning on weekly staff duty roster to ensure staffing meets the sales needs.
Supervise cash flow and handle petty cash payments
Review communication book daily.
Assist Outlet/ Cafe Manager to develop market positioning and ensure that advertising, promotions and prices are consistent with and communicate that positioning to the staff
Oversee all staffing issues including areas like motivation, recruitment, discipline and training
Make every effort to let customers feel welcome with friendly and uncompromising service.
Solicit feedback from customers and staff, for areas of improvement and incorporate useful suggestions into operations
Know the duties & responsibilities of staff & ensure they are carried out
Supervise operations in outlet and serve customers when required
Handle customer complaints, maintaining good customer relationships
Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
