ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
. Coordinate meal distribution to hospital wards. Ensure all meals are delivered accurately and on time to meet patient schedules.

. Address issues such as delays, meal shortages, or complaints to maintain high service standards.
. Facilitate clear communication to address dietary adjustments or special meal requirements with the Food Service coordinators.
. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols: Conduct regular checks to maintain adherence to hospital and legal standards.
. Train and supervise service staff: Provide training on food handling, distribution processes, and customer service skills.
. Prepare operational reports: Compile data on meal delivery accuracy, patient satisfaction, and service timelines for management review.
. Monitor the availability and condition of foodservice equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations.
. To ensure inventory for consumables and other materials are ready for day to day operations
