Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher them to their allocated seats.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Attend to phone enquiries, manage guest reservations, and review the daily reservation list.
  • Handle enquiries and coordinate group bookings for occasions such as baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate dining.
  • Monitor guests needs and coordinate special requests, including customized menu requirements, cake or flower orders, and specific table arrangements.
  • Perform cashiering duties when required.
  • Manage guest relations and address feedback related to food and services.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team or marketing strategies, promotions and service-related initiatives.


Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • 6-day work week
