Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
- Extend warm greetings to guests upon arrival and usher them to their allocated seats.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders in a professional and timely manner.
- Attend to phone enquiries, manage guest reservations, and review the daily reservation list.
- Handle enquiries and coordinate group bookings for occasions such as baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate dining.
- Monitor guests needs and coordinate special requests, including customized menu requirements, cake or flower orders, and specific table arrangements.
- Perform cashiering duties when required.
- Manage guest relations and address feedback related to food and services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team or marketing strategies, promotions and service-related initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- 6-day work week
