Job Description & Requirements
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Take orders via POS, serve food and drinks, and recommend menu items and promotions.
- Handle cashiering, opening/closing of the stall, and basic stock-taking.
- Ensure the outlet is ready for service and close down properly at the end of the day.
- Help with staff scheduling, training, and daily sales reporting.
- Assist in training new hires on service standards, hygiene, and POS usage.
- Prepare end-of-day reports, including sales summaries and petty cash usage.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate if needed.
- Suggest ideas for promotions, bundling offers, or local engagement activities.
- Assist in conducting training and interviews for new hires.
- Familiar with back of house tasks including food prep, cooking, cleaning or stock handling when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Passionate in the F&B industry and is service-oriented
- Relevant experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary.
- Possess customer service excellence, positive can-do attitude and is a team player
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
