Job Description

Role Description
  • Lead executive support and administrative operations for senior leadership or business units
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting schedules, and priority coordination for executives
  • Oversee administrative teams, ensuring efficient support services and high service standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, meetings, and communication between departments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and executive summaries
  • Manage travel arrangements, events, and logistics for leadership and key stakeholders
  • Track action items, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Improve administrative processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support governance activities such as board meetings, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of executive offices and administrative functions
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 4–10+ years of experience in executive support, administration, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience managing administrative teams or leading support functions is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
