The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. [What you will be working on]
Facility management role to oversee the soft FM services.
- IFM Contract Management: Oversee day-to-day contract management of outsourced facility management services, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, key performance indicators, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with service providers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues to offer service excellence
- Leverage existing FM data and inspection reports to support decision-making on asset rejuvenation priorities
- Smart Campus: Drive adoption of smart FM technologies to achieve identified facility management goals
- Living Lab Projects: To facilitate & co-ordinate when campus is used for test-bedding be it in support of tenants or BCA line groups
- Track expenditures, analyse trends, and provide insights for maintenance cost optimisation and future planning
- Ensure compliance with government procurement, financial procedures, and internal governance processes
- To assist with the sustainability and the digitalisation of the campus.
[What we are looking for]
- Relevant qualification and professional certification in facility management, building services, engineering, or related discipline.
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations or contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of FM-related government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Smart FM initiatives, digitalisation tools, or data-driven FM practices will be an advantage.
