Stationed at the client's premises to provide full-time project management support for ongoing projects.
Focus on the Defects Liability Period, ensuring timely rectification of defects, completion of outstanding works, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Represent the client's interests by ensuring all contractor obligations are met and assist in project closure.
Maintain and update project documentation diligently, including defects registers, project finances, and contractual records.
Oversee and verify on-site work and rectifications to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Support contract closure activities, including verification of deliverables and submission of required documents.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth handover and transition to operations.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or other related disciplines.
Degree must be recognized by the relevant Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineers Board) or BCA.
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate experience in the building construction industry or at least 3 years in project management.
