Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales cum E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, drive promotional campaigns, and oversee digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media management, content creation, and e-commerce operations, with a strong ability to meet progressive sales targets and work independently. Experience in hosting live sales sessions and product demonstration is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Marketing

o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.

o Market and promote multiple product categories across diverse online platforms.

o Create and manage promotional campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

o Host live sales sessions on social media platforms to engage customers and drive conversions.

Product Knowledge & Demonstration

o Confidently explain different types of suits (e.g., Salwar Kameez, Anarkali, Plazzo) to customers.

o Educate customers on fabrics, embroidery styles, and design features during live sessions and
promotions.

o Provide styling suggestions and product comparisons to enhance customer experience.

Digital & Content Management

o Manage company social media accounts and online presence.

o Generate engaging content (posts, visuals, product descriptions) tailored to target audiences.

o Monitor digital trends and competitor activities to optimize marketingefforts.

E-Commerce Operations

o Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management across e-commerce platforms.

o Ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfilment.

o Prepare and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities.

Communication & Collaboration

o Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners.

o Provide customer support and resolve inquiries effectively.

o Work independently while contributing to team goals.

Requirements

o Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field OR Proven experience in sales,
e-commerce, or digital marketing (minimum 2 years).

o Mandatory experience in hosting live sales sessions on social media.

o Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing tools.

o Excellent communication and content creation skills.

o Ability to manage multiple product lines across different platforms.

o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills.

o Self-motivated, independent, and target driven.

o Language Proficiency: English and Punjabi / Hindi or Tamil

Compulsory Skills/Certifications

o Digital Marketing Certification (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).

o E-Commerce Platform Proficiency (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or equivalent).

o Data Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar).

o Microsoft Office Suite / Excel for reporting and inventory management.

o Basic Graphic Design Skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent).

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

o Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

o Growth in online engagement and conversion rates.

o Success of live sales sessions (viewership, conversion, customer feedback).

o Accuracy and timeliness of inventory management.

o Quality and consistency of content creation.

o Regular submission of sales and performance reports.
