Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Designing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners from India.
  • Analyzing sales data, website traffic, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales activities, performance metrics, and overall team productivity.
  • Providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance team skills and efficiency.
  • Managing ad-hoc administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Managing and updating social media accounts and e-commerce platforms to ensure consistent branding, accurate product listings, and engaging content.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitors activities, and emerging e-commerce practices.
  • Organizing and participating in sourcing events, vendor partnerships, and bazaars related to Indian and Indian Muslim communities.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Sales & Business Development Skills

- Able to design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
- Strong ability to analyze sales data, website traffic, and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Experience in managing client relationships, vendor partnerships, and community engagement.

Marketing & Digital Competence

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management.
- Ability to collaborate with team to develop impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Knowledge of branding, product listing optimization, and digital content creation.

Administrative & Coordination Skills

- Competence in handling documentation, reporting, compliance, and cross-department coordination.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry and reporting capabilities.

Industry Knowledge

- Awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce practices.
- Experience in organizing and participating in sourcing events, vendor partnerships, and cultural bazaars, particularly within Indian and Indian Muslim communities.

Personal Attributes

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Punjabi
- Able to travel (Singapore & India)
