- Experience in managing client relationships, vendor partnerships, and community engagement.
Marketing & Digital Competence
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media management.
- Ability to collaborate with team to develop impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Knowledge of branding, product listing optimization, and digital content creation.
Administrative & Coordination Skills
- Competence in handling documentation, reporting, compliance, and cross-department coordination.
- Attention to detail with strong data entry and reporting capabilities.
Industry Knowledge
- Awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging e-commerce practices.
- Experience in organizing and participating in sourcing events, vendor partnerships, and cultural bazaars, particularly within Indian and Indian Muslim communities.
Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Punjabi
