Job Summary
Provide day-to-day purchasing support to the CDL hospitality operational teams while complying to the company's policies to achieve cost efficiencies and support in other administrative and procurement functions to support the corporate office.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement
- Manage cluster-level procurement to drive cost efficiency, standardisation, and compliance across the Living portfolio
- Review and classify active and inactive vendors in SAP to strengthen vendor governance and database integrity.
- Support procurement for FF&E, OS&E, fit-out, and pre-opening requirements where applicable.
- Support sourcing for office supplies, IT equipment, corporate gifts, and other business needs.
- Partner closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support procurement priorities across the cluster.
- Perform procurement sourcing processes related to the hospitality business - Food & Beverages, Guestroom amenities, Front desk operation, Building maintenance, etc
- Perform ad-hoc procurement sourcing processes related
- Vendor review and management
- Manage the procurement system - issuing ITQ/ ITT and result opening
- Review and work with PO team on procurement related matters
Administrative
- To collate data for EHS and other sustainability related certifications
- To continuously improve and innovate on existing processes in improving work efficiency for Corporate Services & Procurement (CS&P) department
- Help out in any other adhoc work as and when required
- Any others as required by Reporting Officer / HOD
Job Requirements
- Diploma in hospitality or business
- At least 3 years of working experience in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge in ERP and SAP in procurement system will be an advantage
- Experienced in pre-opening of hotels and/or serviced apartments would be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of FF&E, OSE and service providers network.
- Good writing skills
- Good communication skills

- Has initiative and is outspoken
- Independent, hands-on, meticulous, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
