About the Role

My client is a renowned system integrator delivering ERP and IT infrastructure solutions to customers across Southeast Asia. To support their regional growth, they are looking for a driven and customer‑oriented ERP Sales Executive / Manager who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP platforms and related IT solutions

  • Engage customers through meetings, needs analysis, proposals, and solution presentations

  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets

  • Understand customer challenges and future requirements, and propose value‑added solutions

  • Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, consultants, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions

  • Apply structured, hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving to address customer needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline

  • 2-5 years of experience in ERP or IT solution sales preferred proven record in Business Development

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • PMP or project management experience is an advantage
