My client is a renowned system integrator delivering ERP and IT infrastructure solutions to customers across Southeast Asia. To support their regional growth, they are looking for a driven and customer‑oriented ERP Sales Executive / Manager who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP platforms and related IT solutions
Engage customers through meetings, needs analysis, proposals, and solution presentations
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets
Understand customer challenges and future requirements, and propose value‑added solutions
Collaborate closely with pre‑sales, consultants, and internal teams to deliver effective solutions
Apply structured, hypothesis‑driven problem‑solving to address customer needs
Positive, proactive attitude with strong ownership and accountability
Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, multitasking environment
Ability to anticipate customer expectations and think creatively
Strong listening skills, customer empathy, and adaptability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Logical, solution‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving capability
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
2-5 years of experience in ERP or IT solution sales preferred proven record in Business Development
Strong communication skills in English
PMP or project management experience is an advantage
