To provide efficient and accurate HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administration and timely, responsive service to staff.
Key Responsibilities
. Administer onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
. Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
. Liaise with payroll vendor and coordinate documents for payroll processing, benefits claims, and leave administration
. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
. Respond to staff HR-related queries and provide operational support
. Support grant administration
. Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data verification
. Contribute to HR operations initiatives and continuous process improvement
This is a 2-year contract position, subject to renewal.
