Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Consultancy Executive to deliver HR solutions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support clients in recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consultancy services to clients by managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR advisory to meet client needs
  • Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • Support recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to streamline hiring
  • Advise clients on employment practices and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations to mitigate risks
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation, and reports accurately to support client operations
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices to foster positive workplace environments
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data to protect client information
  • Support training and development initiatives for clients to enhance workforce capabilities
  • Stay updated on local employment laws and HR trends to provide informed consultancy services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant HR or consultancy experience
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
