Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Consultancy Executive to deliver HR solutions, ensure compliance with employment regulations, and support clients in recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR consultancy services to clients by managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR advisory to meet client needs
- Assist clients in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
- Support recruitment activities by posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews to streamline hiring
- Advise clients on employment practices and ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower regulations to mitigate risks
- Prepare employment contracts, HR documentation, and reports accurately to support client operations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices to foster positive workplace environments
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data to protect client information
- Support training and development initiatives for clients to enhance workforce capabilities
- Stay updated on local employment laws and HR trends to provide informed consultancy services
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant HR or consultancy experience
- Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
