Job Description

Role Summary 

Senior leadership role supporting the Managing Director to drive strategy, investment, and execution across real estate development, asset management, and portfolio growth. Accountable for delivering profitable, high-quality projects and expanding the platform across target markets.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Leadership

  1. Define and execute real estate investment and development strategy
  2. Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets
  3. Lead high-performing teams and drive execution discipline
  4. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Investment & Acquisition

  1. Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and partnerships
  2. Lead financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring
  3. Assess market dynamics, risks, and returns
  4. Secure funding (debt, equity, JV structures)

Development & Project Delivery

  1. Lead end-to-end development lifecycle (feasibility → completion)
  2. Oversee design, approvals, construction, and delivery timelines
  3. Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and regulatory standards
  4. Manage stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities)

Asset & Portfolio Management

  1. Optimize performance of existing assets (yield, occupancy, value)
  2. Drive leasing, sales, and marketing strategies
  3. Identify repositioning, enhancement, or divestment opportunities
  4. Ensure effective property operations and tenant management

Requirements Experience: 15+ years in real estate development, investment, or hospitality

  1. Proven track record in large-scale projects, acquisitions, and portfolio growth
  2. Strong financial modelling, investment analysis, and commercial acumen
  3. Deep understanding of development lifecycle and regulatory frameworks
  4. Experience across Asia markets preferred

Skills

  1. Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management
  3. Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills
  4. Ability to manage complex, multi-project environments

Education

  1. Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
  2. Advanced degree preferred
