Role Summary
Senior leadership role supporting the Managing Director to drive strategy, investment, and execution across real estate development, asset management, and portfolio growth. Accountable for delivering profitable, high-quality projects and expanding the platform across target markets.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute real estate investment and development strategy
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new markets
- Lead high-performing teams and drive execution discipline
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
Investment & Acquisition
- Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions and partnerships
- Lead financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring
- Assess market dynamics, risks, and returns
- Secure funding (debt, equity, JV structures)
Development & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end development lifecycle (feasibility → completion)
- Oversee design, approvals, construction, and delivery timelines
- Ensure projects meet cost, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities)
Asset & Portfolio Management
- Optimize performance of existing assets (yield, occupancy, value)
- Drive leasing, sales, and marketing strategies
- Identify repositioning, enhancement, or divestment opportunities
- Ensure effective property operations and tenant management
Requirements Experience: 15+ years in real estate development, investment, or hospitality
- Proven track record in large-scale projects, acquisitions, and portfolio growth
- Strong financial modelling, investment analysis, and commercial acumen
- Deep understanding of development lifecycle and regulatory frameworks
- Experience across Asia markets preferred
