Executive, Community Partnerships (Fundraising & Donor Relations)
As an Executive, Community Partnerships, you will drive CCSS's fundraising and partnership efforts by building strong relationships with corporate partners, donors, and community stakeholders. This role combines fundraising, donor engagement, event management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships, ensuring resources are secured to support CCSS's mission of serving the community. Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Donor Account Management
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate partners and donors.
- Match partner interests with CCSS's program and funding needs.
- Research and engage new corporate partners through outreach, proposals, and meetings.
- Support donor stewardship by providing timely updates, reports, and impact stories.
Fundraising & Events Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising campaigns, grant applications, and corporate events.
- Develop marketing and publicity materials for fundraising and awareness.
- Ensure compliance with the Charities Act, PDPA, and fundraising regulations.
- Monitor and manage fundraising budgets effectively.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Represent CCSS at community and business meetings to promote partnerships.
- Collaborate with external organizations on sponsorship, outreach, and volunteering initiatives.
- Produce outreach and donor engagement content and materials that reflect CCSS's mission of service
- Contribute to the overall fundraising strategy and identify new income opportunities.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and accountable, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage.
