Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new leads and build a robust sales pipeline for respective Business Units to expand market presence
- Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster business growth
- Manage multiple sales opportunities concurrently, driving them to successful closure to meet commercial targets
- Analyze client requirements to craft compelling value propositions and tailored solution pitches that address client needs
- Research and evaluate new business development opportunities to enhance sales strategies and activities
- Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analyses to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
- Take personal accountability for meeting all sales deadlines and timescales to ensure timely execution of sales activities
- Organize and facilitate client meetings, preparing relevant materials to support effective communication and decision-making
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and respond promptly to client queries to advance sales discussions
- Provide regular, detailed updates and reports on sales efforts and opportunities to Management for informed decision-making
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client proposals, pricing schedules, and related information in a secure database for easy reference and collaboration
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support business objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in business development within the HR industry is advantageous
- Comfortable with lead generation, meeting customers and consultative selling techniques
- Experience in managing RFPs, Tender process highly advantageous
- Open to candidates with limited or no prior experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
