Regional Business Development Executive Real Estate (APAC)

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to support the expansion of our real estate investments across the Asia-Pacific region. This role focuses on identifying emerging opportunities within the evolving digital infrastructure landscape, particularly in the data centre sector.

The successful candidate will play an active role in market exploration, strategic partnerships, and project development initiatives while working closely with regional teams and industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Explore new business opportunities and potential partnerships across the APAC real estate landscape, with a focus on digital infrastructure and data centre developments
• Track industry developments, market activity, and competitor movements to support strategic decision-making
• Support feasibility assessments and investment evaluations for potential projects and expansion opportunities
• Contribute to the preparation of business cases, presentations, and internal proposals for new initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including investors, developers, operators, and regulatory bodies
• Participate in discussions and coordination with regional offices to advance strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with key players across the real estate and data centre ecosystem

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Professional with around 2+ years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or related sectors

• Exposure to property development, investment, or digital infrastructure projects would be advantageous

• Exposure to large regional developers or investment platforms would be beneficial

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively

• Good analytical thinking with the ability to identify and evaluate potential opportunities

• Understanding of regional regulatory environments and project approval processes would be beneficial
