Please note this is not a marketing role.
- Manage creation of communications materials through designer and production vendor liaison, not limited to trainee certificates, festivities items (e.g. CNY, Deepavali etc.), internal EDM announcements
- Manage awards submissions and write-ups for the NTUC LHUB brand and sub-brands by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing and keeping track of the department's inventory such as premiums
- Assist in monitoring and tracking NTUC LearningHub (NTUC LHUB)s brand reputation on print, online and social media channels
- Assist in drafting and producing press releases, blog stories, podcasts, and other communications materials where required
- Assist in uncovering newsworthy human-interest stories of trainees by exercising journalistic, investigative, and storytelling skills
- Assist in conducting secondary (desktop) research to support publication of our Think Tank reports
- Assist in updating of website in relation to media materials such as press releases, LHUB in the News, and trainee stories
- Be the administrative, logistics and operational support within the brand and communications team in the rollout of brand campaigns, social media initiatives, and media events
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
