Responsibilities
- Prepare meeting minutes, ensuring prompt distribution and follow-up on all action items.
- Receive and greet clients, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee daily office administration, from scheduling and correspondence to file management.
- Support management by coordinating meetings, appointments, and basic travel arrangements.
- Undertake various ad-hoc tasks and projects to ensure efficient office function and provide general support to management.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on detail and organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to manage multiple tasks and time effectively.
- Prior experience in similar capacity a must.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification required additional certification in office administration is a plus.
