We are looking for an Executive/Assistant Manager for digital marketing to focus on coordinating the implementation of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), system integrators and internal teams to ensure systems are properly configured, integrated, and delivered according to business requirements. Following implementation, the role will support the operationalisation of these capabilities, ensuring that systems, data flows, and use cases are effectively executed and adopted across the organisation.
This is a 1-year contract role supporting a key phase of our digital transformation programme.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Martech Implementation & System Enablement
- Support CRM and CDP implementation with system integrators and internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations, data structures, and workflows.
- Support integration of data from ticketing, CRM, website, and marketing platforms.
- Conduct data validation and QA to ensure systems and data pipelines work as intended.
Use Case Implementation & Operationalisation
- Translate use cases into CRM/CDP segments, workflows, and activation logic.
- Support use case deployment across:
B2C marketing (segmentation, targeting, journeys)
B2B engagement (lifecycle tracking, workflows)
- Ensure use cases are implemented, tested, and operational across platforms.
- Monitor and refine implementations to improve usability and execution.
CRM Pipeline Enablement (B2B)
- Support CRM pipeline design for B2B functions such as venue hire, partnerships, and donor management.
- Translate business processes into pipeline stages, fields, and workflows.
- Ensure accurate data capture, automation, and reporting.
- Maintain data quality for pipeline visibility and reporting.
- Ensure systems are implemented and maintained.
Data Integration, Governance & Quality
- Ensure cross-system data flows are implemented and maintained.
- Support data governance, including standards, documentation, and consistent data use.
- Support data quality checks and validation.
- Support compliance with data privacy and consent requirements.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Assist in data collection to/Analyse customer and campaign data to generate insights that inform segmentation strategies and marketing decisions.
- Support reporting on:
- Campaign performance (B2C)
- Pipeline performance (B2B)
- Work with analytics or BI teams to assist/support dashboards and reporting frameworks.
Data Governance & Controls
- Support the establishment and maintenance of data governance practices for the CDP, ensuring customer data is reliable, secure, and compliant with organisational policies.
- Maintain/Implement data quality checks and validation processes for key customer datasets including documentation of data sources, data flows, and segmentation logic within the martech ecosystem.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure proper access controls and responsible data usage practices.
- Support alignment to PDPA regulations and consent management requirements where applicable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/degree in Marketing, Computing/Computer Science, Information Technology and Communications related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 to 4 years relevant working experience in Marketing technology, CRM, Customer Data Platforms, or equivalent.
- Knowledge or and/experience working with CDPs such as Tealium, Segment, Salesforce, Treasure Data etc
- Hands-on experience supporting implementation or configuration of martech systems (e.g. CRM, CDP, marketing automation) is preferred
- Exposure to customer data, segmentation, workflows, or marketing automation processes.
- Good understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio
- Demonstrated experience in project management, timelines, budget, and agency management, with a strategic mindset and eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across the organisation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Salary range $3,800-$4,300
