Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hydroculture Sales and Operations Executive/Assistant Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee daily operations related to hydroculture products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable gardening solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure business growth and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Identify and develop new hydroculture business opportunities.
. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
. Meet sales targets and promote product solutions.
. Manage daily distribution, installation, and inventory.
. Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely delivery.
. Oversee quality control and customer support.
. Prepare sales and operational reports.
. Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
. Any other tasks assigned by superior or management
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
. Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in hydroculture or gardening solutions.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Knowledge of hydroculture products, systems, and industry trends is a plus.
. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
. Diploma and Higher Nitec Graduates are also welcome to apply
