Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Review and verify sales orders submitted by the Sales team for accuracy and completeness
  2. Prepare and process purchase orders to vendors in a timely and accurate manner
  3. Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure on‑time delivery
  4. Perform goods receipt for both hardware and software, ensuring quantities and specifications match purchase order
  5. Process delivery orders and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  6. Prepare and maintain proper documentation for shipments, including commercial invoices and packing lists
  7. Update and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and invoices in internal systems
  8. Prepare periodic reports on purchasing and sales activities as required by management
  9. Coordinate closely with internal departments (e.g. Sales, Delivery, Finance) and external parties (vendors, logistics providers, customer) to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
  10. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with vendors and customers and
  11. Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.


Job Requirement:

  • N-Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Organised, detailed and deadline oriented
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • A team player yet able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and always thinking about how to improve on processes
  • Proficient in MS Office application
