Our client, an interior design and renovation company specializing in residential and commercial projects, is inviting qualified candidates to join as a Assistance Customer Relations Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist CRO to plan and launch public relation programs for the construction projects, such as preparing circulars, letters and notices.
  • Conduct survey on existing condition, such as: spalling concrete and ceiling leakage etc. as well as taking measurement.
  • Plan and coordinate assigned work to be carried out in a timely manner.
  • Handle enquires, feedback and complaints pertaining to the projects as well as follow-up on actions to resolve it.
  • Work closely and ensure smooth operation procedure during upgrading work between the relevant parties such as residents, contractors, consultants and authorities like the Town Councils and Housing Development Board (HDB) etc. as well as take proactive measures in mitigating complaints arising from the construction activities.
  • Show, explain and demonstrate to residents and/or tenants the location and purpose of retrofits provisions.
  • Maintain good rapport and positive relations with the residents and/or tenants.
  • Conduct regular visits to residents and/ or tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of the work schedule's changes and impacts.
  • Perform administrative/clerical duties.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GCE'O Level and above with at least 1 year of public relations work experience
  • Jobholder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.
  • A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
  • PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Location : Gul Circle
  • Working Days/Hours : 5.5-days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30am and Saturday, 8am to 12pm)
  • Salary : Up till $3500 basic +Variable Bonus
