Job Description

This role will focus on driving and coordinating the implementation of CRM and Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities, working closely with system integrators and internal teams to ensure systems are properly configured, integrated, and delivered according to business requirements. The role will support the operationalisation of these capabilities, ensuring that systems, data flows, and use cases are effectively executed and adopted across the organisation.

The role requires one to translate business requirements into system configurations, audience segments, workflows, and pipeline structures, ensuring seamless data flow and activation across platforms. Working closely in partnership with CRM and marketing leads, who define strategy and use cases, this role is responsible for implementing, enabling, and maintaining the underlying systems and processes.

The candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including system integrators, CRM team, website product manager, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation, operationalisation, and adoption of CRM and data capabilities across the enterprise.

This is a contract role supporting a key phase of our digital transformation programme.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Martech Implementation & System Enablement

  • Support the implementation of CRM and CDP capabilities, working closely with system integrators and internal teams by translating business requirements into system configurations, data structures, and workflows.
  • Support integration of data from key systems such as ticketing, CRM, website, and marketing platforms and conducting data validation and QA to ensure systems and data pipelines are functioning as intended.

Use Case Implementation & Operationalisation

  • Work with CRM and marketing teams to translate defined use cases into configured segments, workflows, and activation logic within CRM/CDP.
  • Support deployment of use cases across:
  • B2C marketing (segmentation, targeting, journeys)
  • B2B engagement (customer lifecycle tracking, engagement workflows)
  • Ensure use cases are successfully implemented, tested, and operationalised across platforms.
  • Monitor and refine implementations to improve execution effectiveness and system usability.

CRM Pipeline Enablement (B2B)

  • Support the design and configuration of CRM pipelines for B2B functions (e.g. venue hire, partnerships, and donor management) by translating business processes into pipeline structures, stages, fields, and workflows.
  • Ensure pipelines are supported by accurate data capture, automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Business teams retain ownership of pipeline management and outcomes, while this role ensures systems are effectively implemented and maintained.

Data Integration, Governance & Quality

  • Ensure data flows across systems are properly implemented and maintained.
  • Support the operationalisation of data governance practices, including enforcing data standards, maintaining documentation, and ensuring consistent data usage.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes.
  • Support alignment with data privacy and consent requirements.

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse customer and campaign data to generate insights that inform segmentation strategies and marketing decisions.
  • Support reporting on:
  • Campaign performance (B2C)
  • Pipeline performance (B2B)
  • Work with analytics or BI teams to support dashboards and reporting frameworks.

Data Governance & Controls

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of data governance practices for the CDP, ensuring customer data is reliable, secure, and compliant with organisational policies.
  • Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes for key customer datasets.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, data flows, and segmentation logic within the martech ecosystem.
  • Work with relevant teams to ensure proper access controls and responsible data usage practices.
  • Support alignment to PDPA regulations and consent management requirements where applicable.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/degree in Marketing, Computing/Computer Science, Information Technology and Communications related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant working experience in Marketing technology, CRM, Customer Data Platforms, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with CDPs such as Tealium, Segment, Salesforce, Treasure Data etc
  • Hands-on experience supporting implementation or configuration of martech systems (e.g. CRM, CDP, marketing automation).
  • Exposure to customer data, segmentation, workflows, or marketing automation processes.
  • Good understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamics 365, HubSpot)
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio
  • Demonstrated experience in timelines, budget, and agency management, with a strategic mindset and eye for detail.
  • Analytical, adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and contribution
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally across the organisation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Salary: $4,500-$6,000
