Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, App) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Apple Search Ads experience is a bonus.
- Independently manage ad accounts, including campaign setup, budget allocation, A/B testing, creative iteration, and audience targeting.
- Focus on performance metrics such as leads, FTD, CPA, and ROI, optimizing for conversions rather than just traffic or impressions.
- Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CVR, CPL, CPA/CAC, ROAS) and implement data-driven strategies to improve results.
- Collaborate with design, content, and landing page teams to improve conversion rates. Ensure proper conversion tracking and work transparently with the data and cost teams.
- Take ownership of marketing-driven performance, ensuring paid acquisition contributes directly to business growth.
- Focus on user acquisition and growth, driving high-quality user inflow through scalable paid channels.
- Develop and test strategies across different markets, with a focus on European regions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in Forex, CFD, Precious metals, Crypto, and Fintech.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising (Google + Meta required) with proven results.
- Proven ability to independently manage and optimize campaigns.
- Strong performance mindset with a track record of improving CPA/CAC, ROAS, and scaling campaigns.
- Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with evidence of results.
- Familiarity with account restrictions and ad rejection processes.
- Experience running campaigns in European markets is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of the full conversion funnel (Click → Lead → KYC → FTD).
- Familiar with tracking tools such as GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Appsflyer.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of creative testing and optimization strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Forex Trading Paid Ads or other Fintech sectors.
- Experience managing high-budget accounts (>$50K/month) in European markets.
- Proficient in English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
