Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and file HR documentation accurately
Update and approve HR data for existing staff in myHR system
Verify and update onboarding information for new hires and offboarding for resigning staff
Deliver HR services that meet agreed service levels and performance targets
Ensure HR records in myHR are accurate and comply with procedures
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR data processing or records management
Able to handle high volumes of work while maintaining data confidentiality
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
