Key Responsibilities
A. Employer Engagement & Advocacy
- Guide companies through the full grant lifecycle - eligibility checks, application support and claims submission.
- Share best practices and advocate progressive and inclusive workplace practices.
- Organise and support briefings, webinars, and employer engagement events overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, stakeholder liaison, and post-event reporting.
B. Grant & Claims Administration
- Evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit and programme standards.
- Prepare project summaries and claim-verification reports.
- Ensure claims are processed accurately and on schedule, in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and reporting.
- Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
C. Team Leadership
- Provide guidance and onboarding mentorship to junior officers.
- Assist with workload allocation, process improvements, and performance reviews.
- Act as Deputy Team Lead to ensure team KPIs are achieved.
