Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Employer Engagement & Advocacy

  • Guide companies through the full grant lifecycle - eligibility checks, application support and claims submission.
  • Share best practices and advocate progressive and inclusive workplace practices.
  • Organise and support briefings, webinars, and employer engagement events overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, stakeholder liaison, and post-event reporting.

B. Grant & Claims Administration

  • Evaluate applications, verify documentation, and certify claims in line with audit and programme standards.
  • Prepare project summaries and claim-verification reports.
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately and on schedule, in accordance with SOPs.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for audits and reporting.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

C. Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance and onboarding mentorship to junior officers.
  • Assist with workload allocation, process improvements, and performance reviews.
  • Act as Deputy Team Lead to ensure team KPIs are achieved.
