2. Event Planning and Coordination

Prepare detailed event run sheets, checklists, floor plans, and contingency plans.
Ensure all event elements are aligned with the client's requirements and approved budget.

3. On-Site Event Execution
Oversee event setup, rehearsal, and actual day operations.
Coordinate all parties on-site to ensure smooth execution.
Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally during the event.
Ensure the event runs according to timeline, standards, and client expectations.
Handle last-minute changes and operational problems calmly and effectively.
4. Administrative and Reporting Duties
Maintain proper records for each event, including contracts, quotations, invoices, schedules, and client notes.
Monitor event budgets and highlight cost overruns or operational risks early.
Prepare post-event reports, client feedback summaries, and improvement points.
Support internal reporting on event status, pipeline, and completion
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in event planning, wedding coordination, hospitality, or client servicing.
Fresh candidates with strong internship exposure or event coordination experience may also be considered for junior roles.
