We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Trainee to support the Emerging Markets Marcom team in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. This role offers hands-on exposure to brand, content, and campaign work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of marketing and communication campaigns
- Assist in content creation for social media, EDMs, website, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors
- Help manage social media calendars and basic performance tracking
- Assist with event planning, activations, and campaign logistics
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
- Handle administrative support for Marcom projects when required
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain experience in planning marketing campaigns/events that relates to target audience, from objective to key messages.
- Cross-Functional & external collaborations with marketing manager, production houses, KOLs, creative agency to achieve marketing goals with creative output.
- Gain hands-on experience in planning marketing calendars, adapting content for different platforms, and understanding what works across different touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a team and meeting deadlines
- Bonus: familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social media analytics too
