Job Summary
An Event Management Executive role for someone who wants to be in the thick of it - not on the sidelines.
You'll be involved across the full event journey, from pre-production planning to on-site execution, supporting mall activations, brand experiences, and large-scale creative projects. Every project moves fast, shifts often, and demands attention to detail on the ground.
This role suits someone who doesn't just manage timelines, but actively builds experiences - stays calm under pressure, thinks on their feet, and takes ownership when things are in motion.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end event operations across multiple activations, ensuring smooth execution from planning to teardown
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, talents, production teams, and logistics partners to bring each event to life
- Develop proposals, quotations, costing, and presentation materials to support event planning and client communication
- Support on-site execution including setup, show operations, crowd flow, and teardown
- Handle event administration including documentation, procurement, and project tracking to keep timelines and deliverables on track
- Support sourcing and production of corporate gifts, merchandise, and premiums for event branding and activations
- Coordinate basic logistics, shipping, and delivery of event materials
- Troubleshoot on the ground and adapt quickly when things don't go according to plan
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks in a fast-moving creative environment where no two projects are the same
- Be available for occasional weekend or late-night event deployments when the work demands it
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications
- A good educational background in events management, marketing, communications, design, or a related field is preferred
- Exposure to event production, vendor management, corporate gifting, or print production is an advantage
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple moving parts
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Curious mindset - willing to learn, adapt, and grow within the events and creative space
- Collaborative team player who works well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
Other Information
- This is an in-person role with both office-based work and on-site event support
- You'll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced creative agency environment where no two days are the same
